College Access Program
College Access is a year-long program that offers weekly workshops for high school seniors to support with navigating the college application and admission process. Students are exposed to a variety of post-secondary higher education options, and cover topics such as financial aid, scholarships, academics, housing, mental health, and more.
We host our annual College Week each February and our college tours in the summer for students and their families.
Students who complete the College Access Program are encouraged to apply for our College Success Scholarship Program if they are interested in pursuing a four-year university.
College Success Scholarship Program
College Success is a scholarship program dedicated to high school students or community college transfers who will be attending a four-year university. The scholarship is renewable for up to four years, as long as students meet the program requirements. This program provides mentorship and academic advising to empower our students to persist and complete their higher education journey. Current or past Bresee program participants are welcome to apply for this needs-based Bresee scholarship.
Since 2000, Bresee has awarded more than $1 million in college scholarships to support more than 250 program alumni in pursuit of higher education.
