Volunteer

Bresee Foundation relies on a large number of volunteers to provide the additional manpower required to allow our programs to run, and run smoothly!  From interns to mentors, coaches to art teachers, and everything in between, volunteers are an integral and welcomed part of the Bresee team.

We are always in need of additional volunteers who can also contribute their talents and abilities in meaningful ways to any and all of our programs.

An example of a great opportunity, and an ongoing need for volunteers, is our Help One Student To Succeed (HOSTS) program.  As a HOSTS mentor you will be paired with a mentee who is behind grade level in either English or math, and will take your mentee through lesson plans specifically designed to address their areas of difficulty.  Not only will you be helping your mentee academically but you will also be serving as a significant and positive role model, making a valuable investment in your mentee’s success and well-being.

But if academics or a one-on-one setting are not your preference, there are so many other ways you can become involved with Bresee and make a difference in the life of this community!  Take a look at our Volunteer Opportunities for some more of the many ways you can become involved.
