Reporting to the Executive Director, the Grant Writer is responsible for researching and writing grant proposals for corporate, foundation and government funding. GRYD Primary Case Manager
Reporting to the GRYD Program Director, the Primary Case Manager works with GRYD model youth, ages 10-15, who are at low-risk of joining gangs following the GRYD Model of Practice. The Primary Case Manager works to implement all aspects of GRYD prevention model leading to positive outcomes for the youth and their family. They are primarily responsible for facilitating family meetings and progress on risk factor reduction as outlined in the GRYD Model of Practice. Read more…
Teen Tech Center Assistant
Reporting to the Teen Tech Center Coordinator, the Teen Tech Center Assistant provides assistance for youth enrolled in the Center using creative technologies with a vision to positively impact youth in our neighborhood through the development of skills, creativity, and the pursuit of educational and career achievement.
